Lowell Dauenbaugh

Lowell Dauenbaugh retired in 2006 after 34 years with the Iowa State Education Association. He helped develop Iowa’s current school finance law and has studied educational funding throughout the United States. He previously served on the IPERS Benefits Advisory Committee from 2002 through his retirement in 2006. Dauenbaugh has a graduate degree in physics from the University of Minnesota.
