The purpose of this RFP is to evaluate and select real estate managers with a track record of managing real estate assets. IPERS will only be considering proposals that offer products defined as a core and/or core-plus real estate equity strategy. Submit proposals to [email protected] by 4 p.m. on April 18, 2025.

The purpose of this RFP is to evaluate absolute return strategies currently offered in the marketplace, with the intent to hire several investment management firms to execute absolute return investment strategies on behalf of the System. The Iowa Public Employees' Retirement System (IPERS) announces its intent to award the Disability Medical Determinations and Claim Services RFP #O-2025-1 to Managed Medical Review Organization, Inc. (MMRO). This notice of intent to award is subject to execution of a written contract.

IPERS has extended the Construction Manager at Risk RFQ submission deadline from December 11 to December 13 at 4:30 p.m. Please email submissions and any questions to Justin Alliss. IPERS will follow up with qualified submissions on the week of December 16.

Trinity Construction Group, Samuels Group, and Munro Construction Company have been selected as prequalified Construction Managers at Risk (CMaRs) for the Headquarters Lobby renovation project for the Iowa Public Employees’ Retirement System (Owner) as designed by Farnsworth Group (Architect). Pursuant to Iowa Code Chapter 26A regarding Guaranteed Maximum Price Contracts, Trinity Construction Group, Samuels Group, and Munro Construction Company will receive a Request for Proposal for renovation of the Headquarters Lobby.
