IPERS is taking its services on the road on August 28-29, 2026, with a visit to Mason City. North Iowa members can schedule an individual counseling session or attend a group informational session to learn more about IPERS. Members with questions about IPERS on the Road should contact IPERS’ Education Program Manager via email or by calling 515-281-0038.
Retirement counseling sessions
IPERS retirement benefit officers will be at North Iowa Area Community College to meet individually with members and answer questions about their personal retirement plans. Please note that these meetings are very limited, so only members within three years of retirement may reserve a session. Members can bring a guest. Counseling sessions can be reserved using the link IPERS emailed to members in early July.
