IPERS defaults members’ document delivery preference to digital and discontinued providing documents via the US Postal Service. (IPERS continues to mail a small number of documents, including the annual Form 1099-R, Income Verification Letters and paper checks. This change does not impact direct deposits.)

Members can manage their delivery preference in My Account. Visit the Digital Delivery page to learn how to manage your delivery preference.

IPERS appreciates your support as we strive to provide information in the most secure, efficient and cost-effective manner.
