IPERS defaults members’ document delivery preference to digital and does not provide documents via the US Postal Service unless you change your delivery preference.
Please note: IPERS continues to mail a small number of documents, including the annual Form 1099-R, Income Verification Letters and paper checks. Digital delivery does not impact direct deposits.
IPERS appreciates your support as we strive to provide information in the most secure, efficient and cost-effective manner.
