Addendum No. 1 – Postponement of SOQ Deadline
The Iowa Public Employees’ Retirement System (“IPERS”) has issued Addendum No. 1 to the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) dated February 23, 2026, for Construction Manager at Risk services.
Pursuant to IPERS’ authority under Iowa Code chapter 26A and in accordance with the RFQ’s update procedures, the deadline for receipt and opening of Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) has been postponed.
Revised SOQ Submission Deadline:
April 8, 2026
All SOQs must remain sealed and will not be opened until the revised deadline, as required under the RFQ.
All other RFQ requirements remain unchanged. Additional information or modifications will be posted on this webpage through written addenda.
Responding firms are responsible for reviewing all posted addenda.
