Kris Rowley

Dickinson County Treasurer Kris Rowley of Spirit Lake is in her fourth term as county treasurer. She serves on the Iowa State County Treasurer’s Association’s executive board, the Iowa State Association of Counties’ legislative policy committee, the Iowa Department of Transportation’s harmonization committee and a county treasurer task force with the Iowa Department of Revenue, as well as community organizations. Ms. Rowley graduated with a biology degree from Coe College in Cedar Rapids.
